How I Can Help
I help patients and their loved ones navigate complex healthcare needs with personalized, independent advocacy and care coordination. I can help coordinate with doctors and specialists, prepare for medical appointments, manage referrals and durable medical equipment, navigate insurance and benefits, and connect patients with appropriate healthcare services and resources.
I also provide support with care transitions, hospice and palliative care, Medicare and benefits questions, veteran benefits, and community resources. I work directly with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to reduce barriers, clarify next steps, and keep each patient’s needs, preferences, and priorities at the center of care.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My journey into healthcare advocacy was shaped by personal advocacy experiences and years of working alongside patients and families as they navigated the healthcare system. I have seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be to manage appointments, communicate with multiple providers, understand healthcare information, navigate insurance, and determine what to do next.
These experiences showed me the value of having someone in your corner—someone who listens, helps organize the details, asks questions, communicates with providers, and helps make a complicated healthcare journey easier to navigate.
That understanding became the foundation for PlainPath Advocates. I created PlainPath Advocates to provide patients and their loved ones with personalized, independent support and a clearer path through the healthcare system.
