How I Can Help
With 14 years of nursing experience across diverse clinical settings—including a primary focus in Crisis Psychiatric Emergency Services—I bring a high level of expertise to the advocacy space. Holding a Master’s in Human Services and Family Studies along with Psychiatric and Advocate certifications, I specialize in supporting patients and families who feel lost and overwhelmed by the healthcare system. I step in when you’re unsure of what questions to ask or how to navigate complex medical and mental health diagnoses. By bridging the gap between clinical jargon and patient needs, I provide the clarity, clinical authority, and empowerment necessary to ensure your voice is heard and your care is prioritized.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
After 14 years on the front lines of nursing—specifically within the high-stakes environment of the Crisis Psych ER—I realized that the very system designed to heal was often failing the people it served. I’ve watched families take a doctor’s word as the "holy grail," unaware that critical assessments were missed or their concerns were being dismissed. I’ve seen the toll of "brick-wall" medicine, where administrators and red tape silence the questions that matter most. I transitioned into private advocacy because I could no longer ethically work within a structure that expects patients to be silent and nurses to be compliant. My mission is to give you the insider knowledge the system doesn't: the power to question, the language to be heard, and the clinical oversight to ensure nothing is overlooked.
