How I Can Help
As your advocate, we will provide resourceful navigation through the complexities of healthcare and long-term support systems, coordinating all aspects of the care journey to ensure patients and families access the full range of benefits available to them. My services include managing Medicare, Medicaid, waiver eligibility, facilitating seamless transitions between care settings, and assisting with the logistical challenge of balancing multiple medical appointments and provider schedules. By utilizing person-centered planning tools and identifying underutilized community resources, as your advocate, my goal is to bridge the gap between medical necessity and practical support. I will alleviate the administrative burden on loved ones by securing essential services and advocating for the patient's rights and preferences at every stage by keeping open lines of communication.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My journey as an advocate began in high school, acting as a voice for my non-English speaking grandparents within the healthcare system. This early commitment has defined my life’s work—from challenging school protocols to protect my daughter from bullies, to serving as a senior investigator for the Disability Rights Center and a case guardian for a professional guardianship firm for the elderly. Throughout my career, I have specialized in care coordination, case management, and assessing for LTC Medicaid waivers for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, as well as those navigating mental health disorders. As a survivor of domestic violence, I bring a deeply personal understanding to every case I manage. My true calling is to provide holistic protection and resourceful support, ensuring that the most vulnerable among us are always heard, served, and protected.
