I am a board certified acute care nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience as both a nurse practitioner and registered nurse. As I have cared for patients, been a patient’s loved one, and been a patient myself, I've seen firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the healthcare system, even as someone with firsthand knowledge. My love of learning, medicine, and a deep desire to empower others led me to start Alongside Health Partners with a goal of partnering with patients and families, using my extensive healthcare knowledge, and empowering clients to get the care they need and deserve. Sometimes it just takes a specific question to a care provider or the knowledge of who to ask for when calling the providers' office to make all the difference.
