Being a mom, wife, sister, daughter, aunt and nurse provided me with many opportunities to care for loved ones and patients battling heart disease and varoius cancers. As a nurse in the coronary care unit, emergency department and hospice - I advocated for patients to get them the care the needed and deserved.
