I took my father who has MD to Italy and Greece, and we rented a scooter that can be easily collapsed to go in a trunk for taxis. A wheelchair on bricks and cobble is a nightmare. If he can still navigate on a scooter, I highly recommend renting one when you arrive in Paris.
We also booked tours that are 'accessible' which was great for easily navigating the sights.

I use Squarespace for my website. You can't bill perse but you can sell on the website. I bill through my ehr platform Ona Health. The backend is Stripe. If you are just looking to bill Stripe is great for this. You can invoice and create payment links.
