Formal Education
I support individuals and families who feel overwhelmed managing appointments, services, and everyday responsibilities related to their care.
My approach is straightforward and personalized. I take the time to understand each client’s situation, identify immediate needs, and help create a clear, manageable plan moving forward. This may include coordinating appointments, assisting with paperwork, organizing important information, and helping navigate available services and resources.
I focus on providing consistent support, clear communication, and practical solutions—helping clients stay on track and feel more confident in managing their day-to-day needs.
Each level of support is tailored to the individual to ensure reliability, clarity, and peace of mind
Additional Skills
With over 15 years of experience working closely with individuals in caregiving, non-emergency medical transportation, and direct support roles, I have seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be for people to manage their care, appointments, and responsibilities—especially without the right support.
I have also seen how challenging it can be for individuals and families to advocate for themselves or their loved ones while navigating the complexities of the healthcare and service systems. Through both my professional experience and personal experience advocating for a close family member, I have learned how to effectively navigate these systems, ask the right questions, and ensure that needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
These experiences have strengthened my ability to support others in a meaningful and practical way. I became an advocate because I am passionate about helping individuals feel supported, informed, and confident. My goal is to make the process more manageable by providing guidance, organization, and dependable support every step of the way.
