Blood patch in Vancouver Washington

I have a complex client with EDS and a mixed CSF disorder who needs a blood patch as soon a possible.  She has been leaking for more than a year and is still waiting to see if she gets accepted to one of the big leak centers. Does anyone has experience with these issues and successfully gotten help in the pacific northwest? My client lives in Vancouver Washington. Thanks in advance
