I spent 13 years as a social worker—including Medical Social Work at a Level 1 Trauma Center and in home health—and another decade in medical billing. Then my husband started what is now a two-year medical crisis, and I learned what it feels like to be on the other side of the system I'd spent my career in.

That's what led me to build Healthcare Survival Kit.
