After more than 25 years working inside our healthcare system as a registered nurse, I saw firsthand how overwhelmed patients and families can become when trying to navigate complex medical decisions, rushed appointments, fragmented communication, and inconsistent care. I witnessed too many people feel unheard, confused, or alone at times when they needed clarity and support the most. This led me to dedicate my work fully to professional patient advocacy. Today, I help individuals and families feel informed, empowered, and safe as they move through their healthcare journeys.
