My passion for patient advocacy grew from years at the hospital bedside watching families struggle to navigate a healthcare system that often moves too fast and explains too little. I saw caregivers overwhelmed by rushed discharges, confusing Medicare rules, and difficult decisions they were never prepared to make. After more than three decades in healthcare, I became committed to creating practical education and real-world resources that help patients and families better understand their options, ask better questions, and feel more confident during some of the most stressful moments of their lives.
