My name is D. John Bishop, and I am the founder of DJB Advocacy LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. After more than 30 years as a business owner, I transitioned my focus toward patient advocacy following extensive personal experience navigating complex healthcare systems, chronic illness, hospitalizations, specialty care, insurance challenges, and care coordination. I am currently pursuing Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) certification and actively participate in advocacy education, professional networking, and patient experience initiatives. My interests include patient advocacy, healthcare navigation, care coordination, patient experience, healthcare communication, and infectious disease advocacy.
