Electronic Document Signature
Hello everyone,
What are you using to have clients electronically sign your agreements, authorizations, and other PDF documents?
I’m looking for something simple for both the advocate and the client, particularly clients signing on an iPhone or Android phone.
I’d appreciate hearing:
1.Which platform you use and whether you recommend it.
2.What it costs.
3.Whether clients need an account or app to sign.
4.Whether the provider offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for documents containing client health information.
I’m getting DJB Advocacy up and running and would appreciate learning from your experience before choosing a system.

I use Carepaton. I just started my business and found it very easy to use. It does have a BAA and the client does not need an account to sign the documents I send them. I pay $50 a month. It has an AI script and many templates to use for your notes. Hope this helps!
