Was this request ever closed? Just wanted to be sure this person got the help they needed!

I can call & see what I can do...health shares are a mess. I will probably have to do some fast talking since these aren't regulated....and I have media contacts who can make calls for me to try to prompt them to behave! (I have reporters & producers who have made calls in the past for other issues...and many times that works...can't guarantee it...)
