About me
My path into this work grew from seeing how often people feel overwhelmed by stress, caregiving, life transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with them. Over time, I developed the Intentional Calm Method by identifying five core pillars that support meaningful and lasting change: State, Story, Strategy, Systems, and Spirit. Together, these pillars form the foundation of my life coaching approach, helping individuals and loved ones build clarity, resilience, healthier patterns, and a greater sense of balance. I do this work because I want people to feel supported, empowered, and better able to navigate whatever is in front of them.
Formal Education
St. John's School of Business, Accounting Certification, 1989
The International Center for Reiki Training, Master Teacher Certification, 2005
Neurovascular Institute, Craniosacral Therapist, 2006
Additional Skills
My work is also shaped by personal experience. During my own health challenges, I began exploring holistic approaches and experienced firsthand how important it is to support the whole person, not just the immediate problem. That experience deepened my understanding of stress, healing, and resilience, and it helped shape the growth of Intentional Calm into the supportive life coaching practice it is today.
