Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with clinical teams to support coordinated care, streamline communication, and ensure patient needs were clearly understood and addressed. In my role as CEO/Administrator of a medical rehabilitation clinic, I led non‑clinical operations, patient flow, interdisciplinary collaboration, and quality assurance initiatives. This experience taught me how to bridge the gap between clinical providers, administrative processes, and the individuals receiving care.
